Project Overview
A full-featured promotional microsite developed for Alyoum in Saudi Arabia, enabling customers to register, upload purchase receipts, and earn multiple raffle draw chances through a structured QR-based campaign platform.
The Alyoum Scan & Win campaign microsite was designed to drive repeat purchases and customer engagement across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through a raffle-based promotional system. Customers scanned a QR code or visited the campaign website to access the microsite, where they selected their preferred language and completed a one-time registration to create their user profile.
After registration, users could securely log in to a personalized dashboard displaying their raffle chances, submission history, and participation status. Customers earned an initial raffle ticket upon registration and gained additional entries by uploading purchase receipts and invoice details. Every SAR 20 spent on Alyoum products generated extra chances in the raffle draw, encouraging repeat purchases and higher basket value.
The dashboard allowed users to track transaction history, total raffle entries, and submission status, while automated prompts encouraged continued participation. A robust admin module enabled backend verification of receipts, approval or rejection of entries, raffle calculation based on purchase value, and filtered data exports for campaign management. Built with a mobile-first approach, the microsite ensured seamless QR access, secure login functionality, and high-volume participation handling across Saudi Arabia.
